My iPhone won't let me delete some songs?
My iPhone 5s won't let me delete some songs

If you have itunes on your laptop and your music that is on your phone is on the laptop then erase all the music files on your phone and then erase the 2 songs you don't want on itunes and then put the music back on.
- Why won't my iphone 4s let me delete songs? Okay so, I've been having the problem where I go to delete songs off my phone and a little cloud with an arrow pointing down pops up. I push that and it re-downloaded on my phone. I go to delete it again to see if that was the issue but the little cloud keeps popping up. What do I do? I've tried to delete it off of iTunes as well but it doesn't work either.

I tried looking it up on the internet, and one person said "make sure that your iPhone is setup to sync your songs manually instead of syncing only the checked songs/videos." What does that mean? I don't want all of my library on my iphone… Please Help!
