My iPhone won't play videos over 3G?

I recently moved and at my old house we used to have Wi-Fi but now that we moved I don't think we're going to get Wi-Fi again and videos from Facebook and YouTube won't play
Can some one please help me?
"Cellular data" is on and "enable 3G" is on

I think 3G uses currency from your cellular data?

  • YouTube videos won't play on iPhone? YouTube videos won't play. It just keeps loading. And also my safari and mail won't work as well. Whenever I go into safari it just flashes out. And when I go to mail it's just frozen and it flashes out after a while. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me how? That would be a great help.

  • Why won't YouTube won't play videos on my iPhone? My phone randomly stopped playing YouTube videos. It just shows that it is loading and never play. I have great Wi-Fi connection. Every other app including Netflix runs smoothly. It doesn't work on the app or browser. I cleared the cache on my browser. I reset my phone. My phone and the app are updated completely. I have no idea what to do.
  • Why won't songs play good on my iPhone 5 but play normal on iTunes? When I download music and import it to iTunes, They play fine and normal but as soon as i put them on my iPhone they sound scratchy or like if they were getting fast forwarded. I don't think it's my iPhone because I've put songs in it before but this just started happening today. What's the problem, How do i fix this?
