My iphone won't shut off. What do i do?
Hold down the home button and lock button till the screen goes black and then Shows the apple logo. Let it start up and try and shut it down normally after that. If that doesn't work go ask someone in the apple store and they might offer you a new phone if it is not fixable
Hold the poweroff button and the volume button.
- Why won't my iphone shut off? So this morning, I dropped my phone in the toilet (ik i'm a clutz) & Ik youre supposed to shut it off & put it in a bag of rice, but when I went to shut it off, it just turns on by itself again. What should I do? Btw, I have an iphone 4s.
