My Netflix on my iPhone 5c isn't working
Okay, so Netflix was working just fine. I watched about 6 episodes of Pretty Little Liars. There was no buffering or anything. I stopped for a while to clean my house and run some errands. When I went back on the app to watch some more, it will no longer let me watch anything anymore. I tried different Wi-Fi networks, restarted the app, and just about everything. It has been a few days and I can't watch any movies or television shows. It has been like this for 4 days. Please, some help!
Added (1). Also when I click on the movie I want to watch, it has the loading sign for about 5 minutes and it just says "Error Can't play movie. Please try again later." for every movie.
Added (2). Nevermind, It's fixed.
Try restarting you phone. Also, make sure your Netflix credit card didn't expire or your subscription ran out.
Thank you Frank, restarting my phone worked. Even though that was the 5th time I did it, it works now.
- Why isn't the netflix app showing up on the app store on my iphone 5c? I go on the app store and i search "netflix" but the app doesn't show up it shows me a bunch of other apps? How can I get it? I tried going on the internet for it to redirect me to it but it still doesn't show up!
- Why can't I sign into netflix on my iphone? I can sign into it on the actual website but not on my iphone app or xbox app. I have the correct e-mail and password and i even tried changing the password twice and its still saying incoreect information. This is pissing me off, why can't i sign in?
- Using iphone 4s to watch netflix on my xbox360? I have a iphone 4s and an xbox360 but i don't have an internet connect to use xbox live account. Is there a way that i can use my iphone with the 3g service to watch netflix on the xbox so it would be on my tv?
- Netflix not working on iPhone 5? I can't get anything to play on Netflix when I'm not on Wi-Fi, I have the latest Netflix and I'm on ios6.0, sky go is the same too.
