That sound like something defective, take it to an apple store and they will replace it free since its new.
Simply take back my friend, if the phone is new the only answer you need is the one i just gave you.
Don't try and get a fix yourself not when you have invested your hard earned money on such an expensive device.
- Why won't my iPhone 5s hold a charge? I know it's not my cable or the port that s screwed up, I plug my charger in and it shows the white screen with the apple logo. But that s all it does, it goes from black screen to white screen perpetually, until I take the charger out in which case it won't turn on at all. What could be wrong with my iPhone?

- New laptop will not hold Wi-Fi Got a top of the range Samsung laptop off my sister who didn't need it, only a month old and she says she never had any trouble but I can't seem to get it to hold onto my Wi-Fi connection. It drops out every couple of minutes and the only way to get it back is to click forget network then put the security code in again, I have no problems keeping connection on my iPhone, Xbox, old laptop, kindle or anything else, just the laptop, why!
- Iphone 7 won't charge unless I hold my phone at a certain angle? No, it's not the charger and yes I have checked for lint. I bent a paper clip and dug around in the port and only a bit came out. Is the paper clip not effective and there actually is lint in there? How could I fix this if it doesn't have to do with lint or the charger? (besides going to the apple store)
