My Wi-Fi won't work on my iPhone?

My iPhone 5 is connected to Wi-Fi which has all 5 bars. The Wi-Fi works on my computer and is successfully connected in my phone, but it can't connect to Facebook, or iTunes, or anything that requires Internet. Is it the Wi-Fi messing up, or my phone? How do I fix it? I turned the Wi-Fi off then on again and it didn't work. And I also turned my phone off then on again and nothing happened. I disconnected the Wi-Fi, then connected it again and it won't work.

Maybe your phone is not getting a gateway to internet. Try consulting your ISP.

You can try a couple of things:

- Is your computer connected to your router via an Ethernet cable? If not, connect your computer via an Ethernet cable to your router and check if you can connect to the internet.

* If you can't connect to the internet when you connect your computer to your router via an Ethernet cable, try connecting to directly to your modem.

If you can connect to the internet with your modem, but not your router, then something is up with your router. You can send it to the manufacturer to try to get it fixed (if your warranty isn't void) or get a new one as the problem may something you can't fix since it could be the hardware itself.

- When you say you turned the Wi-Fi off, do you mean you disconnected your router and plugged it back in? If not, do so. It fixes many small problems.

- Check the lights on your modem (if it has any) and make sure none of them are red. Or make sure they are all the same color. If one of them is a different color, then you may want to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) as it may be from there end.

I know this may sound stupid but, did you forget to pay for your internet or made a late payment? If not, you may just want to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and they can help you to the fullest, since it is their internet, and will save you all this trouble; up to you.

Hope this helps you and good luck.
