Nokia Lumia 520 and iPhone 5s sim card swap?
I have a Nokia Lumia 520 with a GoPhone plan. And I was wondering if I was to purchase an iPhone 5s, would I be able to just put the sim card in the iPhone and have everything work the way it did with the Nokia. Like the plan with texting and calling and the data.

Nope. As far as I know, Nokia has the Standard sim, but all New Apple products have a micro sim.

In theory, yes. However, the Nokia Lumia 520 has a microsim while the iPhone 5s uses nanosim. You'd need to cut the sim down to size, but they do this for free at corporate AT&T stores (not an authorized retailer store) if you tell them you are a customer of AT&T. If they don't cut it down to size for you, they may also swap out the microsim for a new nanosim. Make sure to buy an unlocked iPhone 5s or an iPhone 5s that is to be used on the AT&T network, not on any other carrier like T-Mobile.
