One of the volume buttons on my iphone 5 has stopped working?
The button to raise the volume doesn't work, but the button the lower the volume works just fine. How can I fix this?
Take it to to nearest service centre it may be an internal hardware error you can't fix it.
Well chances are that your phone is still under warranty. Bring it in to an apple store, they will give you a new one.
If it's not under warranty, for a small fee, Apple will also give you a new one. Or you can go to a store, they will open it up and fix it. Depending on the cause, shouldn't cost more than 50$
I wouldn't do it my self, too many tiny screws to remove in order to get to the volume rocker.
- Volume buttons not working iPhone 4S? - My side volume buttons are not working on my iphone? I have an iphone 4 and my side volume buttons are not working. It responds to my click on the button but it just comes up with the speaker and not the volume actually turning up/down.
