Ordered a used iPhone 4 for verizon, from amazon?
I ordered a Verizon iPhone 4 from amazon and just wondering how I would go about turning this into MY phone? I have a number from T-mobile that I was wondering if I could switch it to this phone?
If you bought a Verizon iPhone 4 it'll only work on Verizon unless you jailbreak it. Jailbreaking a phone is illegal and you have to pay someone you don't know to do it to have the chance of destroying the phone forever. Look up "jailbreaking iPhone" on Google to learn more about it.
If you still have the chance I'd cancel your order and try to find one with T-mobile.
A Verizon iPhone 4 is a cdma only phone so it will not work on t-mobile which is gsm only.
