I have an iPhone 5 with a special warranty that if it breaks I can have any phone of equal value of what I originally paid for the phone. I want the Samsung Galaxy 4 so I need to brick my phone or break it somehow (without physical damage) to trade it in. It doesn't have to be a permanent bricking just so the sales rep sees it won't turn on

My iphone battery is draining really fast i have every setting possible that could drain battery off i have my brightness on the absolute lowest possible and i have auto brightness off and it drains 1 percent every 2 mintutes and 1 percent every 8 to 10 minutes on standby what's going on?
Added (1). Oh i forgot to add that i only charge it when it is dead or at like 5 percent battery
So I lost my verizon iphone and ordered a replacement through their insurance program by reporting it lost. However some generous soul ended up turning it in to the lost and found sometime later and I ended up getting it back. However, I already had the replacement phone and it was already activated and everything, so I just stuck the phone in my closet and forgot about it. Included with the replacement phone was a slip to send my old phone in if I ended up finding it, but I didn't see any reason to give it to them seeing as how I had to pay a $150 premium for a replacement refurbished phone.
But now my replacement phone is broken and out of warranty, and I can't replace it though insurance again. But I do have the phone that was returned to me in perfect condition still, and I was wondering if I could just activate my old phone and use that, or is the ESM bad? How do I know if the ESM is bad?
I know that Verizon is really strict with bad ESMs, but the phone IS mine so do you think Verizon might letme use the phone if the ESM is bad?

I have an iPhone 4 that is jailbroken and unlocked running ios 4. I'd like to sell it and use the money towards a 4s with more memory.
I'm having some trouble updating the jailbreak and unlock to io6 so I was thinking of just going back to official ios 6 software without the jailbreak and unlock so it will be locked to one carrier.
Is it worth the headache of figuring it out? The only advantage of keeping it modified is maybe a wider amount of possible buyers.

I have bought music on my iphone 4 and want to sync it to the computer in order to burn it to a disc. I also want to take music from my itunes on my computer and sync it to my phone. When i try to sync it an error message comes up saying that it is on another library and the only option is to erase it off of my phone and i don't want to do that. I have never synced my iphone with any other account or computer and they are logged into the same apple id.
