How to turn My Wi-Fi Back on my iPhone?

When I go on to settings, then Wi-Fi, My Wi-Fi is stuck on off the slider is stuck on off and I can't slide back on to 'On'
It also says 'Location Accuracy is improved when Wi-Fi is turned on'

Doodle Jump: How Do You Unlock Storm Survivor and Storm Rider Achievements?

The 'Doodle Jump' game for Apple iPhone/iPod Touch, there's 2-achievements (Storm Survivor and Storm Rider) for "surviving strong winds in Ice Blizzard." I'm unclear on what it is… Do you have to reach a certain height before the strong winds occur? Or is it the gusts that spray from the side of the screen every so often.

Please describe what/how you achieve these 2-achievements, thank you!

Civilization Revolution, tutorial?

So, I bought this game on Iphone, and launched it.
My phone was a bit laggy and I accidentally pushed the skip button in the tutorial.
I can just do what the game says in the beginning, but after that I have no idea what I'm doing.
I googled a bit and couldn't find anything, so maybe if one of you guys tell me a little or tell me a way to bring up the tutorial again, that would be great!

I have a iphone from att and i unlocked it but its blacklisted. Could i use it for straight talk or will my sim card get locked up? Or should i just sell it? I don't know WHAT I CAN DO WITH A BLACKLISTED PHONE!
