What price is reasonable to pay for these iPhones in decent, working but used condition:

I plan on buying one those phone (don't want to buy any new model, and for a specific reason), but I don't want to overpay. What prices should I be willing to pay (at max) for each?

So i recently got an iPhone and i used to have an android… On android i got all my music using this app called Music Paradise which let me download a ton of songs at once, to my music player, like in iTunes. Is there anything like this for an iPhone? Because i don't want to pay for music in iTunes, so how can i download music using an app like that.
I was upgrading my iphone and it went into recovery mode. However, I keep getting an error that won't allow me to restore my phone. Could verizon deactivate my phone and then reactivate it in order to restore it?
When I sync my phone with my laptop I can't work out how to transfer my photos?

Had my iPhone 4s for 6months + Its played up a fair bit during this time but it's recently got absolutely unworkable.
It won't send messages unless it wants to, won't receive messages, the touch screen won't let me accept or decline calls. Someone can be stood next to me ringing me and myphone won't ring. Messages often come through blank.
We've thought it might of been my boyfriends phone so we had it sent off for repair and called the message centre and they said they was nothing wrong with his phone.
As its on a 24 month contract I can't be dealing with this phone going wrong every day. Will Apple replace the phone?
Added (1). Yes bought it brand new 6 months ago. I didn't take it in before because it would only do it once in a blue moon now its every single day atleast 5 times doing all the problems or the same one.
I have a samsung stratosphere. It is just my mom and I on the plan. I want an iPhone. Our plan is not up until December of this year (2013). My mom has never upgraded her phone, she's not really into the smartphone stuff. Since she has never upgraded before, could I take her upgrade? She will probably never get an upgrade. I was probably just going to get a plain iPhone 4 because it would be free. Does it cost money to upgrade?
I got my iphone only last Wednesday. I was in a rush this morning and went to go to the toilet, forgetting my phone was in my back pocket, so it fell down the toilet. I fished it out straight away and out it in a sealed bag of rice. I tried turning it on but it won't turn in, but it automatically turns on when plugged into the wall socket, it only works when plugged in and also won't find my SIM card but doesn't come up with 'no sim' could someone tell me any tips to get it working?
Like iMessage (for iPod 4-5) will WhatsAppMessanger only let you text people with iPods and iPhones?
