Portable iPhone battery charging case doesn't work?
My friend recently got me a 1900mAh lithium polymer charging phone case but it doesn't work! I can always charge my phone with my regular charger with no problems but the case doesn't work. My sister also has an iPhone 4S, and it works perfectly fine for her phone, but why not mine?

- Will charging my Iphone X i it's case hurt the battery? So I know it's recommended to take off a case while charging your phone to reduce excessive heat. However I finally got around to buying an Otterbox for my X. Anyone who owes Otterboxes knows taking them on and off can be a pain and will sooner or later hurt the rubber outside and put strain on the plastic clips and break those eventually as well. So knowing all that, is it a big deal? Or should I try to keep the room i'm charging the phone in cool?
- Will charging my iPhone battery on full brightness increase battery length? If I adjust it to full brightness while charging and once charged 100% adjust it back to a dimmer screen will this increase the battery's life span?
- New iPhone charging cable doesn't work? I just ordered a new iPhone 5. I got the phone and tried to charge it and the cable that was sent did nothing. I used my brother's cable and the phone began charging. The cable is also unresponsive when hooked up to my laptop. If I go to an AT&T store, will they replace this for me? Also, does anyone know how to make an iPhone 5 play on the iHome iP16? I bought an adapter and I was very sad to find out my new phone wouldn't play through the speakers!
- IPhone doesn't work when charging? I plugged in my phone to charge and the phone started going crazy. The touch screen didn't work at all. I have a basically brand new 4s and hasn't had any problems until this. Any help?
