Problem when trying to delete apps on my iPhone?
When I try deleting an app on my iPhone I click on the "X" and the apps keep shaking but I can't do anything, home button doesn't do anything, can't use touch screen until eventually it crashes and turns back on and if I try to do it again it happens again it will only work if I hold down the power button and then slide the thing and then I can delete the app but to do it to any other one I have I need to do the turn off thing again.

I have an iPhone 5, and I download these 2 files: iPhone5, 1_7.0_11A4372q_Restore.ipsw iPhone5, 2_7.0_11A4372q_Restore.ipsw Whenever I hold shift (on a PC) and click check for update, I select either file, and for both I get an error message saying: "The iPhone ___ could not be updated because the firmware file is not compatible my iPhone is 6.1.4, it's restored, my iTunes is up to date. What do I do!
