Purchasing apps on an iPhone?
I want to purchase an app that is $4.99 for one year, and I have about $13 in my iTunes account. If I pay for it will the money be taken away from my iTunes account or will it be added to my parent's bill? Also do I have to pay for it every year?

Make sure the Apple ID loaded on the screen is the one with the iTunes account balance. On a laptop it will tell you the balance in the upper right hand corner. It will deduct from the $13 iTunes card if the card is loaded. Yes, most likely you'll have to resubscribe next year.
