Restoring a jail broken iPhone?

Anyone know a successful method to completely restore a jail broken iPhone and update it to the latest settings, it's an iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.0.2, it will not restore, I've done restore from Mac and recovery restore from Mac and it will not restore. Both times say this device is not eligible for the requested build. Any links or methods would be great.

Bring it to an apple store and they will charge you to restore it

Hi so now brain you have destroyed it altogether.

Its broken (jailbroken). Time to buy a new one. And this one, try to use it as designed, rather than deliberately breaking it.
