Scary experience. Any thoughts?

So one night me and my sister were getting ready to go to bed so as we do every night we put on the radio on my iPhone. We turned on the same radio station we use every night, which is 90's slow jams. We fell asleep easily, but around 3-4 am we both woke up because our radio was playing something odd. There was weird piano playing and over that was someone talking or perhaps singing. Although it didn't sound like English or any other basic language. The voice was deep toned like when you lower your voice on a recording and it sounds like a monster and it was speaking really slow. It sounded a bit demonic… We didn't know what it was and just assumed it was a song and tried to change it. I kept clicking the on button to my phone and the screen just wouldn't come up even though the light went on. Then, I tried to turn it all the way down because we were getting creeped out, but my buttons weren't working. We waited for it to stop for a minute, thinking it would go just pass and go to the next song, but thing thing kept going. We got scared and turned on our lamp and after a few seconds it stopped and my phone restarted. We're both still creeped by this. What happened?

Difficult to explain without hearing what you went through. But will like you to find out answer to few questions: was the music norml? Or the musiwas as demonic as the voice. If it is a local FM there could be some mischief at wee hours. The other question is the exactness of your trying to change station and the same not happening. This need b recalled as both just wioke up and were dazed. I wish I could hear what you heard. It kinda makes me feel curious.

Do you think it could have been a very long intro for a rap/hip hop song. Because artists do use vocoders, and voice alteration to adjust the pitch.

Demons can't play piano.

You were half asleep. It's been shown that mild hallucinations happen all the time in half sleep controlled experiments (slightly awake but not cognizant). Usually, the hallucination is auditory. Also, you may have the agreement fallacy going on. That's where one person says something and changes the memory of the other person. This often happens by accident, but mentalists and con artists can actually do this on purpose. It's why eye witnesses in a trial are only partially reliable.

It could be something paranormal, but you'll know for sure if the event will be repeated from there recently, or other events! OK!

If you experience the same thing again, then you can ask questions to that singer - who he/she is, what song it is, where he/she lives etc. Like you see your old grandparents. Obviously there didn't seem any intention to harm you two.

Unexplainable phenomena.it scared the hell out of me

  • Your experience with the iPhone 5's 8 megapixel Camera? I have been tinkering around for about a week with this camera and I wanted to get some feedback on what people's thoughts where in terms of the quality of the photographs. I personally think it is a major step up from the 5 megapixel camera, but yet again is it on par with most handheld digital cameras or is there room for improvement? Here are some photographs taken with the iPhone 5 http://jasonspictureblog.blogspot.com/

  • Watching Scary Movies on iPhone? Watched The Exorcist on iPhone yesterday in the dark alone. Wasn't scared. Actually laughed at a lot of parts. Does iPhone watching take away the scary experience? Want to watch The Ring but don't want to watch on iPhone if it'll take away the scares.
