Selling iphone: how do i completely wipe out all my important information?
I have no idea how to log out of my emails.
First if you have external sd card you can remove it and then sell or you can format the sd card voa your phone or by plugging it into the computer
TO reset phone internal memory, do a factory reset by going to phone settings menu. You will successfully wipe out all information
The best way to do this is to factory reset it. To do this:
1) Open the Settings
2) Scroll down and tap General
3) Scroll down to the bottom to find Reset
4) Choose the option that is best for you, if you are selling your phone then I would recommend 'Erase All Content and Settings' option!
Download the latest version of iTunes onto a computer and do this: http://support.apple.com/.../kb/HT1808. That is a total wipe; makes the phone back to factory new.

I haven't updated it for no specific reason, but I want to update it to the new ios 7. My question is, will my backup save all my notes and numbers and messages and will that all be viewable in ios 7?
