My personal choice would be iPhone 5s. There's no difference as you can update to iOS.8.1 just like iPhone 6. There's more space and it's easier to carry around. Then again, this is my personal choice

I would get iphone 6 if you want the bigger screen, if you don't want the bigger screen then get 5S
