While the iPhone vs Android debate rages on (and will likely for some time) the general consensus from the two sides is that anything is better than the Blackberry platform.
It's not as versatile as either of the two platforms, and there's some speculation with the lackluster sales figures and declining stock prices if Blackberry will still be in the market for much longer.
I'd opt for the iPhone.

Not to mention 1020 has super gorilla screen 3 and super amoled screen. Screen is well manged 4.5 inch which is ok for perfect fitting in pocket.
