Should I get a tablet or tv for christmas?
Ok. Christmas is coming and my dad told me that if I want a tablet or a new tv for christmas he could get me one. I have an iPhone 4. And I have a 19 inch old box tv. My dad said he will get me a 100 dollar tablet or a 19 inch flat screen tv. I could use a tablet bc I watch tons of YouTube and I also don't have a computer. But my tv is really old and it may go out soon but It may also keep up for another 3 years i don't know. I really want both. So in your opinion. What would you get? Answer As soon as possible bc my dad is getting one or the other this weekend!
A tablet. There's a thing called 'convergence' where TV viewing is going to be available on TV, tablets, laptops, etc. That's a convoluted way of saying that watching TV will be done on your tablet. You can't play games on just a TV. So go with the best of both worlds and get a tablet.
How about get something that isn't a gadget?
Get the tv.
Whatever you use most. Depends how often you watch TV I guess, and you'll use your tablet less than you think as you use your phone for most stuff.
I'd say get tv
you can do pretty much everything on your iPhone as you can with tablet plus your tv sounds old, you could get a smart tv they're cool, we have one in living room, you can search the Internet, watch YouTube videos, download apps etc plus some of the films are in 3D and you get the glasses
Well I'd say tablet. Because if your TV goes you always have the living TV am I right? I want a tablet myself. Either or is nice.
The tv. Because you can watch YouTube on your phone. Also that tv sounds old, so the new tv will look really cool
Get the t.v. It's more expensive and at a 100 dollars, you could save up for the tablet.
You will really enjoy the tablet. I gave them last year for Christmas and still getting raves from the grands.
