Should I get rid of my cds? Becoming obsolete by 2014?
I know there's a bunch of questions like this already even back from 2011 wondering if it'll be obsolete by the year 2011-2012 cuz of digital music slowly taking over. Even though I still sorta buy cds still, I was wondering if I should get rid of mine. Only cuz today I heard a lot of the new 2014 cars are ditching the cd players in the cars cuz of everything going digital for music, so they putting in the usb/aux thing to plug in ipods and iphones (and this is supposed to be standard like cds players & cassettes were standard). If this is the case, I feel like I'd be wasting my money if I can't play it anymore. I still have iPod and use it regularly more than cds, but I use cds as well sometimes. Maybe I should put my cds on iTunes and sync to iPod? This is why I'm starting to think cds are becoming obsolete now after hearing this today.
What's everyone's opinion? Should I get rid of my cds? Should I be converting them to digital?
Are you buying a 2014 car without a CD player - my guess is No.
Do not believe all the RUBBISH you hear online CD's are likely to be around for quite some time yet.
I would always keep the old CDs because you can always rip them to MP3. Thats what I've done with my old ones, actually buying old CDs in pawn shops, etc, cheap is a really good way to get a bunch of new MP3 songs because you can always rip them.
I always copy my MP3 songs into itunes and put them on my ipod, so I don't actually listen to the CDs but I used them all for that reason.
Store your CDs digitally.
- How to get rid of the jailbreak without getting rid of the unlock? I have an iPhone 3GS [iOS 5.1.1] here in the Philippines and I was wondering if there's a way to get rid of the jailbreak without deleting the unlock for the phone. My uncle says to restore it to factory settings from iTunes to get rid of it, but I'm afraid that it also might get rid of the unlock for the phone. - How do I prevent my iphone from becoming unresponsive? I have an iPhone5s and every week or two it goes black showing nothing on the screen. Whatever buttons I press it doesn't turn back on nor show anything on the screen. If someone calls me my phone doesn't respond still. So far each time this happens it lasts for 3-8 hours then at a random time starts working. Is there a way to prevent this from occurring again?

- Becoming Iphone certified technician or certified cellphone repair technician? Is it worth it these days to become certified in cellphone repair? I was thinking about doing this as a side gig. I see apple has cerification courses and Ifixit. Is it worth it to go through the courses if so what route should I take? I do have training in electronics.
