Should I get the iPod Touch 5g or the iPhone 5 (or 4s)?

I'm doubting whether to get the new iPod 5g or the iPhone (4s/5)? If I buy the iPod I could order it right now, but if I got the iPhone I'd have to save for almost a year because my parents would only pay 200€ of it. And the iPhone will be just one without a contract so I'm wondering if it'll be of much use as I can't call or surf on the internet as much as I want? Or is the iPhone worth it? Hope you guys can help me out! And please also tell me WHY I should get the iPod/iPhone.

I'd rather have the iPod Touch 5G in that case. It's a lot cheaper and it does what you mostly need.

But of course, you won't be able to call. But since you will be limited on how much you can call, then it's pretty pointless. Just use your current phone instead and then carry an iPod around (which is what a lot of my friends do).
