Should i jail break my iPhone 4s?

What are the pro's and con's? Would it damage my phone?

If you jailbreak it, the phone will go out of warranty. Whether that's important or not is up to you to decide.

The pros are that you can theme your phone, make it a wireless hotspot for free, etc.

The cons are that there's a risk you will mess up your phone trying to jailbreak it and won't be able to fix it - plus you can't install updates from Apple afterwards.

It also voids your warranty (so it's a bad idea to do it if your phone is still under warranty).

BUT… Assuming you were able to successfully jailbreak it, you can always UN-jailbreak it by restoring it in iTunes, and if you do that successfully, Apple will never know it was jailbroken in the first place.

Well, I'm not gonna go through all the pros and cons for you, but I will tell you that there are So many risks and there are precautions you must take. Do ALOT of research on it before you do it. And make sure you are really carefull with your IPhone because it voids the warrenty.

I almost did mine, but you will not have the software to block bugs and harmful programs that ruin your phone. As said above it will void out your warranty.

That's all I can think of but I wouldn't do it because of all the cons
