NO! I think there shoudl be a TEST before people are allowed to buy cellphones - they seem to think you just turn it on, and everything works perfectly. Every idiot that says "I lost all my music, pictures, apps - and I never learned ot back up anything! Boo hoo!" - never bothered to read the instructions. RTFM (yeah, you will probably had to look up what THAT means, too) and learn how to use the expensive piece of candy you now own. Meanwhile, do not drop it on cement, into the pool, toilet, HOT CHICKEN-FRYING OIL, or do anything else stupid. Sound like you are going to need TONS of insurance on that thing, if you can't even get it to work now.
RIGHT NOW - go back up everything from your phone, onto your OWN COMPUTER, and then have someone smarter than you ( not hard to find. ) set up your phone so that it is also automatically backing up to the Cloud. If you do not BACK UP or SAVE things - they are gone.
If the music was bought through iTunes, yes.
Otherwise, no.
