I just got a new iPhone 4S and it isn't charging, what do I do?
I just got it today due to my plan and dead 3 year old android, well anyways i got home, tried to charge it on my macbook air, nothing happened, no charge, tried it on a wall charger, nothing happened and i just got this today, what should I do?
Don't worry Dude… Go to the Apple store and return it and they will provide a new Iphone.

Go back to where you got it from and ask for a replacement.
Carry it back from where you got it & explain the situation. They would likely replace it.
- My IPhone 5 isn't charging when I plug it in but the charging 'symbol' comes up? I've only had my phone for a few weeks- since Christmas, and today it's been playing up, it keeps turning on and off then when my phone is on the screen at the bottom flickers! I have never dropped this phone or it hasn't been water damaged! I resorted my phone by pressing the lock and home screen and put it on charge, my charge percentage isn't going up it keeps decreasing, even though it says that my phone is on charge, what should I do?
- Just got Spotify Premium. Switched the music quality to extreme, and the quality isn't good? There must be something that I have to do because the quality sounds the same, even though I switched it to extreme. I made sure that I wasn't imagining it - I played my iTunes copy and it sounded so much better. This is the iPhone app, if that matters. What's the solution?
- Just got a new iphone 4 and? Okay so I used to have an ipod and HTC smart phone. Today I just got a Iphone 4 and they transferred all my contacts. When I got home I backed up my iphone to my old ipod so I had all the apps still and it deleted all my contacts. It still has my contacts from my ipod but its only old ones. I don't know what to do to get my contacts back!
- I just got an Iphone 4S and the battery dies in just about a day? Last night my phone was at 100% when i woke up at 5:40 the battery was at 60% and at the end of school it was at 6%. I don't know what to do to improve battery life, I've looked through the apple support topics and none of the advice they had was able to help.
