Sound on my iPhone 5C isn't working?
I got an iPhone 5C yesterday. When I got it, the sound was working just fine, but now it won't work at all unless I have my headphones in. Yes, I've made sure the silent switch isn't on, and yes I've checked my settings, and yes Do Not Disturb mode is definitely not on… So could there be anything else I'm missing, or is it a hardware issue that I'll have to get fixed?
I'd suggest doing a "hard-reset" to your iPhone.

If that doesn't fix the problem, then I'd recommend taking your iPhone back to the store you got it from. Maybe they could help you fix the phone, or replace it.
