Stolen iphone on craigslist?
I tried buying an iPhone that at the time i didn't know was stolen from someone on craigslist, went to test it by putting my sim card in it and tried to make a call. I have at&t and later that night i tried calling someone on my normal phone and i get the message "we're sorry but this device has been blocked from network use".im on a prepaid plan but t&t still has my address and name, will i be blamed for stealing it even though i didn't buy it? I tried my sim in 3 phones and they all say its blocked.

Call the police on a non-emergency number, and tell them your story.
Do you still have the listing from Craig's List that advertised the phone? If you do, that's proof that you didn't steal it, right?

I bought one from a guy on craigslist who apparently comes to my school but I don't know his name and my school is pretty big. I took it home put the Meid number onto a website. It told me that it was stolen. Why should I do?
- Should I sell my iPhone 4s on Amazon or Craigslist? Amazon is offering me $410 gift card. But I don't think they even sell the iPhone's only resellers. On craigslist 300 seems to be the "buying" price I have a 16gb White Verizon iPhone 4s btw. 300 seems lowish… Should I just do one of those other trade programs? I don't know I wanted 400, I included like 4 otter box cases and a glif for the craigslist ad but meh what would you guys do, or what are you doing with your iPhone 4s?
- I have a stolen iPhone 5c but I didn't know it was stolen? I bought an iPhone and checked the imei and I found out it was stolen. I can't use it yet because it is stuck in the beginning where it says " please insert a sim card, SIM required" I just want to use it as an iPod since I got it for a good cheap price. It is a sprint phone, and also if I take it to Apple or Sprint will they take the phone away? I didn't know it was stolen and I don't want to get blamed or end up losing money. The iPhone was restored already.
