Swapping information from one sim card to another?
I've recently got Orange to swap all of my data from an old sim card to a new iphone 5 one, and they said that it would take 24 hours but it hasn't! I was wondering how long it will take before I can get my rightful stuff for it?
The only information stored on a SIM is the phone number. EVERYTHING else is stored on the phone, so either Orange are lying to you or you are confused.
If it is your number your getting swapped to the new micro SIM then it can take up to 24hours, after that you need to ask them to port it over again.
- Will cutting my sim card work to use as a micro sim card? I just ordered an iPhone 4 and I need to cut the sim card to make it a Micro sim. Will it affect it. I have seen a bunch of video and already have the template it for it. I'm using simple mobile. Do you know if anything wrong happen to it?
