Synced my iPhone 4 with itunes.and lost everything?
I got a new iphone 4, and I wanted to sync my itunes to my phone cause i had music on it. And when i synced it it deleted all my contacts, and converted whatever I had on my Itouch to my iphone so. I lost everything can someone help me.
Wow sorry to hear. I never heard of that before. I can't help you there. The best thing to do now is just re add contacts on there.
First, Check iCloud to see if you can download your music, restore contacts, and settings.
You lost everything because it was already synced with your iPod Touch. Next time sync with a different computer, or don't use the iPod Touch at all. If you already have an iPhone, why would you need an iPod Touch. Also next time, back up the music files to your computer.
- Synced Iphone with new computer and all songs and videos got deleted I was trying to just put 30 new songs on my iphone from a different computer. I did not back up my iphone on this computer and the original computer that i used to sync with is broken. Is there any possible way to get my lost music and videos back?
- Restored iphone and lost everything? I got my iphone 5 about a month ago and i hadn't synched it to itunes until today. When i went into itunes it asked me if i wanted to start it as a new iphone or restore it to my old ipod touch and i clicked ipod touch cause i wanted my old pictures and music but it completely deleted everything off my phone and put the stuff from my ipod on it. I lost all my new pictures contacts and messages. Is there anyway i can get those back? I didn't hook up to icloud either.

How do I make it so this phone is independent of the other one on iTunes?
