Syncing my iPhone to a new computer for iTunes
If I sync my iPhone to my iTunes library on a different computer just for the iTunes library, will everything on the phone be completely erased? Or will just the music be replaced?

Yes the old music will be replaced with the new music. That's what "sync" means - to match one device to another. You can connect without synching. I connect my iPod to 2 computers about every day without syncing. I just set for manual management of music and video.
