Sound on my iPhone isn't working?
The sound isn't working on my iPhone.It'll play with my headphones in, but not out loud. My music and videos still play normally, it's just the sound coming from the keyboard, locking the phone, or any sound coming from an app. Is there any way to fix this?
Take it to your phone company any store will do just as long as it is your carrier.let them take a look at it.
Take a toothbrush or a pipe cleaner and gently brush the charging dock and the headphone jack. Sometime dirt and junk gets in there and glubs up the circuits. I had the same problem yesterday and this was the perfect fix.
