Uninstalling iOS 7 on an iphone4?

I downloaded the new iOS 7 update today on my iphone4 with 8GB and with the update taking over 3GB of space there's simply no room left on my iphone. I can't even finish installing the software because I don't have the space so I just have the iOS download sitting there. I want to know if its possible to remove the software download so I can have space on my phone again. I've already found and downloaded files on my computer for the iOS 6 software but I don't know how to get rid of iOS 7. Please anyone help!

If the iOS has not finished installing, you can attempt to restore the iPhone to previous versions. If you do not have the phone backed up, you will lose data. Also, if this doesn't work you can research iOS6 and iOS5 downloads. This maneuver does require a bit of skill and/or research however and will require the download of either (just a guess) RedPoison or Cydia onto your computer.

  • Updating jail broken iphone4 to iOS 7? My iPhone is jail broken (5.1.1) and yea sure it was fun but as you all know iOS 7 can out today and I would like to get it. By installing it through my phone and not my laptop. I know it will unjailbreak my phone (wich I want) but I heard it can get stuck with issues etc and would like to know what could possibly happen. And if someone has ever done this to inform me what happened. My friend said it bricks your phone but that happened like 8 months ago to him.
