Usps keeps saying pre-shipment?
I ordered myself an iphone on ebay and it was on friday… On saturday it said on the trackig pre shipment info. And still today? What's going on it says priorty 2 day mail…
As soon as the seller prints out the label the post office is notified that a package will be shipped soon. If the label was made on Saturday and the post office was already closed they may have scheduled a pickup for Monday or perhaps even Tuesday if the seller isn't going to be home to give it to them.
Also not all packages get scanned when you drop them off at the post office. If it doesn't arrive in three or four days then there's a problem to be concerned about.
As stated, that info is generated when the seller prints out the label It will receive a scan, either when it is presented at a USPS window unit or when it passes through its first sorting operation in the origin sort facility.

My USPS package has been in Preshipment for 3 days now! What is the deal?
- Worried about my Iphone shipment? So I ordered an iphone 5 off of amazon and its been 'in transit" for over 12 days now (standard shipping). Now I'm worried that it might shatter during the transportaion. What are th odds that it might break during transportation… Are the freight cars well secured? I'm just worried…
- When will Tmobile receive a shipment of iPhone 5s? We ordered phones last week on the 17th. And they didn't have the iPhone 5s in stock so they said that they would ship all the phones at once, once they got their shipment of iPhones. They said iPhonw 6 would take 4-10 days, and iPhone 6 plus would take 1-6 weeks. But didn't say anything about 5s. Is there a date I should expect the phones to come in? Am I supposed to receive and email?
- What does shipment backordered' mean? I ordered an iPhone last night on my debit card, and I checked my status today and it says "Backordered".help? @ Pat, I'm actually 18, so I guess I haven't quite gone through the full grown proccess yet.
- Next shipment of iPhone 5S to Best Buy? I was #1 on a list of people who will get the iPhone 5S as soon as the next shipment comes in to Best Buy. Does ANYBODY have any idea when the next shipment will be? I'm extremely eager about this phone, and I can't find any info about when more iPhones will be sent to stores!
