Ways to dry out an iPhone after being dropped in water for a while?
I know that if you leave it in rice that helps but any other ways? I really need the help!
New rice. Take it apart and put back together to let trapped water escape. Worked FO me
Rice really is the best way to do it.
Leave it in a plastic bag with rice for about a week or two.
I dropped my phone in an alcoholic drink and left it in rice for about a month, it works perfectly now.
I would just put it in rice. It's cheap and easy.
That is the only thing that has came close to working, is the rice deal
Use a Hairdryer
I agree with all the others, rice is the best way to go, remove the battery first.
Just be sure NOT to attempt to turn it on until after it's thoroughly dry.
To turn it on prior to being dry can fry the internals and ruin the phone.
