I have an iPhone and I've seen a lot of girls do this to their pictures to make their skin look super smooth if you can tell me the name of that app I would really appreciate it!

Go to the make up section, use blemish fixer for any spots, use wrinkle remover for any rough parts/scars/spots/wrinkles then airbrush your whole face also use the blush all over your face because that make it even softer. Don't do it too much because you will end up looking fake and over the top.
