I've tried gumtree and ebay, both don't have good prices. Gumtree won't work for me because I don't know how to transfer money and I won't. I've tried amazon but thy don't deliver to Australia. If you have any amazon links that do deliver the iphone 5s to Australia can you please recommend to me?

What do you mean by cheap? Because a factory unlocked iphone 5S, even a basic one will still run you near $700.
Why can't you just get a postpaid plan for an iPhone 5s? Don't risk buying a fake Chinese iPhone. Perhaps buy one of the older versions of the iPhone like an iPhone 5 or 4s?
I would buy it on a contract and request to pay off whole contract in the start, in case you don't have funds in the future
