What are these text notifications on iphone?
Basically I'm getting these pop ups on my iphone 5, and I have no idea how they are being sent or who they are being sent. I'm being sent some absolutely vile messages and they are really uncomfortable, how can i trace the number or find out who's sending them?
They appear like in the photo i have provided.
Seems to look like an app that's sending those. I would delete any recent apps you have downloaded and check if that's the source

- Samsung text + with iphone text +? So my friend and I talk a lot, but she lives in a different country. I have an iphone 4S and she has an ipod 4G. Because she lives in a different country, I do not want to get billed for texting all the time so we use an app called text plus. So we pretty much text on that app. However, she wants to get the Samsung galaxy 4 and we found out that the app text plus gold is on there, but we're wondering if the app from my iphone is compatible with her app from the galaxy
- Not getting notifications for text messages on Iphone 5? Not sure what the problem is. Sometimes I get them, and then other times I'll check my phone after a few hours to find out I have a whole bunch of unread messages that I wasn't notified that I received.
- Iphone Text Privacy: make a text come up but not include the message? A friend of mine has her Iphone set to when a text comes up on her lockscreen, it says the contact but it just says "imessage" where the text should be. It's like: Shelly Imessage Any idea how I set that up? She said someone did it for her and had no idea how to do it.
