What can I do with my broken iPhone?
My friend bought a iphone 4 from Apple recently after it had came out way back when… Around Christmas in 2012, I bought it from him and activated it at Verizon, while we didn't buy the warranty from Verizon, the guy mentioned that if it was within a year of activation IPhone could replace it. Is this true? If it helps I live in Northern Virginia

- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
- My iphone's aux in is broken how can i fix it? No matter what headphones i use on my phone, the sound is all messed up. I went to the apple store and they said nothing can fix it, but when i plug my phone into a speaker made for iphones via the ipod connector, i get normal sound. Is there any cable thats aux in to the "apple connector" so i can use my headphones?
- My iPhone power button is broken, what can I do? So out of nowhere, my power button stopped working. I have to use the home button to turn the screen on, and I can't turn the phone off, I just wait until it goes off by itself. I got it last November an it's been less than a year, am I still under warranty? What should I do? How much does it cost to get it fixed?
- My iPhone back-glass is broken. Can it be replaced? I just wanted to know if it's possible to replace it and if I can do it by myself. I hate leaving my cellphone with starngers.
