What can I fit into an 8 gb iPhone 4?
I plan on getting an 8 gb iPhone 4 and I'm wondering how many apps/songs/pictures I can fit on there.
I plan to have quite a few hundred pictures on it and maybe 20 apps and 50 songs. Will they all meet the 8gb criteria?
Also, how much memory is actually in the iPhone? I heard that the software takes up 1.5 gb so I can only use 6.5 gb…
Yes, iOS takes roughly about 10 to 15%of your total storage…
50 songs… 5 mb each… It's not more than 250 mb.
20 apps… 10 mb each… It's not more than 200mb.of course the app size I have taken is for small applications… It matters on which app you use and what size they are…
Songs and apps together won't cross 1gb… Leaving you about 5gb at least for photos…
Have fun with 8gb…

You would always need more apps, more photos, more songs… And 8gb is never a choice for me atleast…
