What do i need when I go to the apple store if i have a defect on my Iphone?
On my Iphone 6 the front facing camera is off set and it aggravates my OCD also my vibrate switch wobbles and makes a rattling sound.

No receipt, no proof of purchase needed. Make appointment online for genius bar. Take your phone and go. Make sure to have back up just in case they want to restore it. Most likely they will restore. That's first thing they do.
If there's no signs of third party repair on your phone, or physical damage they will swap it for you for no cost (if still under one year limited warranty).

- Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
- Verizon store or apple store for a new iphone 5? Verizon said I can get an Iphone 5 for "Using my upgrade + $199).Is it true that I can get an iphone 5 at the apple store for $199? If true, Why would I use an upgrade at verizon and pay the same amount for the phone?
- Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?
