ok so i went to at&t today to tell them that my phone isn't turning on so the told me to restore it but what exactly does restoring my iphone 4s do? Does it delete all my photos? Apps? Any data? Please it is urgent!

If you did a lot of it should be stored there, depending on what you had it set to save.
