What happens when an iPhone gets wet?
I have had my iphone for a little over 6 months about two weeks ago a cup of water fell on y phone, I was out of the room so I don't know how much water there was… I dried it off with my blanket and made sure it was ok… It was working fine for a about a minute or so but then the keyboard shorted and kept typing random letters, I looked online what to do and I turned the phone off and put it in a baggy of rice, it was in there for like thirty minutes and I took it out to check on it, it was back to normal! I left it in the bag over night and used it the next day, it's been running slower and sometimes I have to touch twice to get an app going, sometimes it exits out of an app by itself too! Is this an effect of water damage or just a normal iPhone?
Normal iphones do this sometimes its annoying although this could be water damage.hard to say:\
- What happens when an iphone gets disabled? My friend forgot his passcode for his iphone and he got his phone disabled, and it didn't have a time on it but then when I called it, it went back to normal, is his phone okay now cause it looks fine but I just want to be sure?
- What happens when a iphone gets turned off? Does everything such as apps, pictures, music all go way? Should I do a factory reset I'm supposed to be getting a new plan so I just wanted to know.
- What happens to the purchases I made on iTunes if my info on my iPhone gets deleted? So my phone got deleted completely not the phone just the information all of it what's happens to my purchases that I made on the App Store and iTunes do I have I re-buy everything or is there a way I can get it back for free
- What happens if you buy a iPhone of eBay and it happens to be stolen? I typed in a serial number of an iPhone into apple checker and it said the phone has not been activated? The phone is still sealed in its box is the phone ok to buy?
