What if apple would at march 21, that there will no new iPhone 7?
How would people react? Also instead iphone there would be apple virtual reality device and apple gaming console.

There won't be an iPhone 7 announcement in March. It's too early. There will be iPhone news divulged in September at their September event that happens every year. Apparently the rumors circle around this iPhone SE, a smaller version of the iPhone 6.

Highly doubt that, particularly since they plan to announce an iPhone at the event anyhow.
Apple could get back into the game console market & apparently has interest in the VR market, but neither would be anytime soon
It is next to impossible as apple do wants to stay in market and if it doesn't launch iPhone 7, their existence might come into danger and do get LEO Privacy it will grant you many advanced security features that can be very useful for you.

Normally Apple would release new iPhones in September. So that would be the expected time that iPhone 7 will be unveiled.
However, there are predictions that a new iPhone lineup - the SE, would be unveiled on March 21.
