What if the buyer didn't pay on Ebay?
I sold an iPhone 4 for $180 and I received an invoice for $18. I paid Ebay already with my debit card, even though I haven't gotten any type of payment from the buyer. I sent them an invoice, but I don't know what else I'm supposed to do. I've never sold anything before.
Also, if I don't have a PayPal account, will the (eventual) payment form the buyer be directly credited on my debit card since its my only method of payment on my account? PayPal is too confusing to me.

Strange, in the UK a seller MUST offer paypal as a means of payment. Paypal is actually quite straight forward.

OK so I sold an iPhone on eBay for 175 I shipped it 2 days after receiving payment 2 weeks later the buyer tells me he hasent received it and he is asking me what can I do so what should I do I don't want to give him a refund cuase then he gets 175 and all I get is a missing iPhone so what should I do?

- Is ebay buyer trying to scam me? An ebay buyer bought an iphone 3gs from me 1 month ago and he is barley telling me now that it doesn't work. He opened a case against me stating that the item wasn't as described. Hes had the item for a month and hes barley telling me now, is this a scam from the buyer? If so what do I do? Note: I put no refunds or exchange on my listing.
