What is a creative and fun way to give a gift?

My friends birthday is coming up and i have bought her a clarisonic (electronic face brush) the box is about the size of two iphone boxes.
I wanted some ideas on how to give this to her. Were having a get together at her house on the day.

I thought about putting it in multiple boxes from small to big.

Then thought about pretending to give her other gifts by giving her boxes of other products.

Then thought about wrapping up a couple of other product boxes and only one of them being the real thing… But i don't know how i would play that out…

Any other ideas?

I usually take gifts out of packages and save the upc code and right on the back what store. If you are wrapping a cylinder item. I went with the idea of twisting the ends. Like a tootsie roll.

Take it out and hide it in plan site like on the counter or near the TV she picks it up and ask nonchalantly say oh its mine you can keep it happy birthday then smile.
