Basically people on instagram (phone app) have white borders around their photos and i was wondering how you get them because i can't find the right app and it is very annoying. By the way i have an iphone so it must be an iphone app on the app store.
There's a border button on instagram that sometimes makes white borders otherwise the app Photo Grid makes borders and collages

I've seen people post photos on Instagram, with the pictures in various sizes, and different images as the background border. InstaSize allows you to make your photos different sizes, but only has a limited selection of borders. I've been searching through so many different photo editing/photo collage apps and can't find anything that does this.
