What is the best carrier for an iPhone 5? - 1

I want to get an iPhone, and i currently have virgin mobile as my carrier. I would like to switch carriers but i'm not sure which one offers the best plan.

p.s.me AND another family member are going to share a plan for both iphone 5s

I'm going to have to say T-Mobile.
They carry the Iphone for 149 dollars with (24 monthly payments)
