What is the cheapest plan for the iPhone 4?

I've wanted to get an iPhone, but my mom doesn't want to buy me one because she says $100 a month is way too much. I went to AT&T and once they said $100 a month she said no. I heard from one of my friends that there's a plan of $50 a month at AT&T. Is that the cheapest? What will the iPhone have with that plan? If you know please tell me.

Ok, bro.AT&T is a P. O.S carrier. I would go with Sprint for price and unlimited data, or go with a carrier that is prepaid and accepts iPhones.
