What is the cheapest plan, with the cheapest iPhone 4?
This will be my first time being on a contract, and I need to know the cheapest one, I don't get paid a lot.

Honestly, go with Virgin. They have plans the same as Rogers for 300% cheaper. Virgin is ~$50 a month, and Rogers, I'm paying $300-400 for the same plan.
No such thing. The 'cheap' plans will always catch you out with massive data and phone usage. You really need at least $500/mth and 3gb. Anything less is pointless with a smartphone.
